Because our products are primarily digital and accessible immediately after purchase, our refund and cancellation terms vary by product type. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products & Downloadable Resources
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to guides, toolkits, templates, and self-paced courses, are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, you will receive instant access upon purchase and therefore we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions – Standard Month-to-Month
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting hello@wickedgoodmarketing.net.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.
If you choose to cancel and later rejoin, you will be subject to the then-current membership pricing, which may differ from your original rate.
3. Membership Commitment Promotions
From time to time, we may offer special promotional membership rates that require a minimum commitment period (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
If you enroll under one of these promotional offers, you agree to remain a member and make all scheduled payments for the entire commitment term, regardless of usage.
Commitment term promotions will always be clearly disclosed at checkout and in your purchase confirmation email.
Cancellations will take effect only after the commitment term has been fulfilled. No early cancellations or partial refunds will be issued for commitment term offers.
After your commitment term ends, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the then-current rate unless you cancel prior to your next billing date.
4. Consulting Services, Strategy Sessions, & VIP Days
Refunds for consulting services are handled as follows:
One-on-One Sessions & Strategy Calls: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
VIP Days or Custom Consulting Packages: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is refundable only if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the scheduled date.
5. Bundled Offers or Promotions
If you purchase a bundle or promotional package that includes multiple products or services, the refund eligibility for each component will follow the policy for its product type.
6. Refund Exceptions
We will honor a refund if:
You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment.
A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

-Your full name
-Order number or transaction receipt
-The product or service in question
-The reason for your request
We will respond within 2–3 business days to confirm receipt and next steps.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
